Tasting Notes
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Creekside is a gorgeous, open-knit wine that will drink well right out of the gate. Bright aromatics give this Calistoga Cabernet terrific freshness and verve. Black cherry, menthol, licorice and chocolate lend quite a bit of subtlety. The 2019 is beautifully done. There is a feeling of nuance here that is both incredibly appealing and also unusual for such a rich Cabernet.
