Tasting Notes

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Lakeview offers notable density and textural richness. Black cherry, mocha, licorice, lavender and violet all flesh out in a dense, layered Cabernet Sauvignon. All the elements are so well balanced. The Lakeview is decidedly ripe - as all these wines are - but there is an added level of finesse in the tannins that has not always been present in this bottling. For me, the Lakeview has the best balance of these four Cabernets.
